Your mission

• You identify suitable influencers for our brand, negotiate the conditions for the cooperation and take over the briefing
• You support the team in the handling of cooperations
• You contribute to further developing the relationship between cooperation partners and BEARS WITH BENEFITS and maintain the relationship with existing partners
• You will learn to evaluate the implemented cooperations on the basis of defined KPIs and will take care of the success evaluations and continuation of the cooperation within your team.
• You actively support a young and fast-growing company

Your profile

• You have completed your studies in marketing, communications or similar, ideally you have first working experience
• You speak fluent English or German
• You are passionate about beauty topics and are an active user of social media platforms in your private life
• You are bubbling over with creative ideas, which you can bring to the design of our social media campaigns
• You are communicative, organised and have a hands-on attitude
• You also understand KPIs and like to deepdive into numbers
