Deine Aufgaben

Du übernimmst die operative & strategische Verantwortung für alle CRM- und Retention-Marketing-Initiativen mit dem Ziel, die Kundenbindung und den Lifetime-Value zu maximieren
Du bist ein absoluter KPI-Experte und hast immer ein Auge auf die neuesten Entwicklungen im Bereich CRM & Retention im Auge, um diese erfolgreich umzusetzen
Du bist verantwortlich für kanalübergreifende CRM-Strategien und stellst sicher, dass alle Maßnahmen performance- und datengetrieben sind
Du entwickelst Automatisierungs- und Personalisierungsstrategien, um eine hochrelevante und individualisierte Kundenkommunikation zu gewährleisten
Du hilfst uns, die Marke profitabel auf die nächste Stufe zu skalieren und die Kundenbindung nachhaltig zu stärken
Du bist eine leidenschaftliche Führungspersönlichkeit, die unser internationales CRM-Team leitet und weiterentwickelt
Du packst gerne mit an und unterstützt dein Team aktiv im Tagesgeschäft

Dein Profil

Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich CRM, Retention Marketing, idealerweise in einem E-Commerce-Umfeld
Idealerweise hast Du bereits Führungserfahrung gesammelt, bist leidenschaftlich in der Mitarbeiterentwicklung oder hochmotiviert, als Team Lead durchzustarten
Du bist kreativ und hast ein gutes Auge für ansprechende und effektive Kundenkommunikation
Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit hohen Budgets und kannst datengetriebene Entscheidungen treffen
Du bist bestens vertraut mit Segmentierung, Automatisierung und datengetriebenen Kampagnen
Du bist analytisch stark, liebst Zahlen und komplexe Herausforderungen und zeichnest dich durch konzeptionelles Denken aus.
Du sprichst sehr gut Englisch (Deutsch, Italienisch oder Französisch wäre ein Plus) und zeichnest dich durch klare Kommunikationsfähigkeiten aus.

Your mission

You take operational & strategic responsibility for all CRM and retention marketing initiatives with the goal of maximizing customer loyalty and lifetime value
You are an absolute KPI expert and always keep an eye on the latest developments in CRM & retention to successfully implement them
You are responsible for cross-channel CRM strategies and ensure that all measures are performance- and data-driven
You develop automation and personalization strategies to ensure highly relevant and individualized customer communication
You help us scale the brand profitably to the next level while strengthening customer retention sustainably
You are a passionate leader who manages and develops our international CRM team
You like to be hands-on and actively support your team in day-to-day operations

Your profile

You have at least 3 years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, ideally in an e-commerce environment
Ideally, you have already gained leadership experience, are passionate about employee development, or are highly motivated to take off as a team lead
You are creative and have a good eye for engaging and effective customer communication
You have experience managing high budgets and making data-driven decisions
You are highly familiar with segmentation, automation, and data-driven campaigns
You are analytically strong, love numbers and complex challenges, and excel in conceptual thinking.
You speak very good English (German, Italian, or French is a plus) and are characterized by clear communication skills
