Your mission
We’re looking for a proactive Paid Social Manager to run full-scope paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok in key markets. From strategic planning to daily performance and budget control, you’ll own your channels and push for growth with a hands-on mindset:
- Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across assigned markets.
- Coordinate creative needs tailored to each platform and audience in collaboration with the content team.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust swiftly to improve KPIs.
- Manage budgets effectively, aligning spend with business goals.
- Analyze data and performance trends to refine campaign strategies.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement and opportunities for scaling. You’ll test new ideas, optimize for efficiency, and manage initiatives that enhance performance across channels.
- Own projects from start to finish, prioritizing actions that deliver the greatest impact on team and company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals, creatives, and execution.
- Stay current on platform updates, social trends, and performance innovations.
