Outstanding academic background in Business, Management, Economics, or a comparable field
2–4 years of experience in consulting, start-ups, or business operations / strategy roles
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a structured, solution-oriented approach
Excellent communication skills in English and German, written and verbal
High analytical and numerical proficiency; tech-savvy and data-driven
Ability to turn insights into clear, actionable decisions
Hands-on mentality — you see strategy and execution as one
