Your mission

Strategic sparring partner to the Executive Team
You prioritize initiatives, structure complex challenges, and ensure relentless focus on impact and outcomes.
Lead and drive high-priority, top-management projects
Including international expansion, category growth, and organizational effectiveness.
Build and scale core company frameworks
Such as OKRs, reporting structures, and internal communication processes.
Prepare decision-ready materials
Create compelling presentations, business cases, and workshops for management, investors, and key stakeholders.
Interface with shareholders and investors
Collaborate closely on reporting, business cases, and strategic alignment.
Own special strategic projects
From market entry initiatives to M&A preparation and due diligence.
Actively shape company culture
Help foster a high-performance, ownership-driven culture in an ambitious scale-up environment.

Your profile

Outstanding academic background in Business, Management, Economics, or a comparable field
2–4 years of experience in consulting, start-ups, or business operations / strategy roles
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a structured, solution-oriented approach
Excellent communication skills in English and German, written and verbal
High analytical and numerical proficiency; tech-savvy and data-driven
Ability to turn insights into clear, actionable decisions
Hands-on mentality — you see strategy and execution as one
Motivation to take on a role with real ownership, visibility, and influence

Deine Aufgaben

Strategische Sparringspartner:in für das Executive Team
Du priorisierst Initiativen, strukturierst komplexe Fragestellungen und sorgst für einen klaren Fokus auf Impact und Ergebnisse.
Steuerung und Umsetzung von Top-Management-Projekten
Insbesondere in den Bereichen Internationalisierung, Category Growth und Organisationseffizienz.
Aufbau und Skalierung zentraler Unternehmensframeworks
Dazu zählen u. a. OKRs, Reporting-Strukturen und interne Kommunikationsprozesse.
Erstellung entscheidungsreifer Unterlagen
Entwicklung überzeugender Präsentationen, Business Cases und Workshops für Management, Investor:innen und zentrale Stakeholder.
Schnittstelle zu Gesellschaftern und Investor:innen
Enge Zusammenarbeit bei Reportings, Business Cases und strategischer Abstimmung.
Verantwortung für strategische Sonderprojekte
Von Markteintrittsinitiativen bis hin zur Vorbereitung von M&A-Transaktionen und Due Diligence.
Aktive Mitgestaltung der Unternehmenskultur
Förderung einer leistungsorientierten, verantwortungsbewussten Kultur in einem ambitionierten Scale-up-Umfeld.

Dein Profil

Exzellenter akademischer Hintergrund in Betriebswirtschaft, Management, Volkswirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
2–4 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in Beratung, Start-ups oder im Bereich Business Operations / Strategy
Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch – schriftlich wie mündlich
Hohe analytische und zahlenbasierte Kompetenz, kombiniert mit technischer Affinität und datengetriebenem Arbeiten
Fähigkeit, Analysen in klare, umsetzbare Entscheidungen zu übersetzen
Hands-on-Mentalität: Für dich gehören Strategie und Umsetzung untrennbar zusammen
Motivation für eine Rolle mit echtem Ownership, hoher Sichtbarkeit und messbarem Einfluss
