Motion & Graphic Designer (m/f/d)

Your mission

We’re looking for a Motion & Graphic Designer (m/f/d) with strong skills in both
2D and 3D design to elevate our brand’s creative output across channels. You’ll
create engaging visual content, from animated campaigns and product videos to
3D renderings and branded assets. As part of our creative team, you’ll bring ideas
to life that inspire, inform, and connect with our community.

Your responsibilities

Take ownership of motion and graphic design projects from concept to final delivery.
Create animations, video assets, and motion graphics for social media, campaigns, and digital channels.
Design visual assets for Marketing
Develop 3D assets and animations (product renderings, visual effects, etc.) to support campaigns
Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
Stay up-to-date with trends in design, motion, and 3D to continuously push creative boundaries
Support the development of a consistent visual identity across all channels
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met

Your profile

Experience as a Motion Designer, Graphic Designer, or in a similar creative role
Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, branding, and 3D design projects
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects,Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma
Familiarity with Canva and the ability to create assets while maintaining brand consistency
Hands-on experience with 3D tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya
Strong sense of typography, color, and composition
Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Nice to have

Knowledge of sound design and video post-production workflows
Familiarity with marketing channels and adapting creative for social platforms
Interest in exploring how AI tools can enhance design workflows
