Your mission

creatives that drive engagement, clicks, and conversions across our channels. From email
campaigns to paid ads, you’ll create visuals that balance brand consistency with data-driven
performance, collaborating closely with the marketing team to continuously optimize results.
Your responsibilities
- Design and produce newsletters, email templates, and CRM visuals that are on-brand, engaging, and optimized for performance
- Create visually engaging social media content optimized for multiple channels
- Collaborate with performance marketing and CRM teams to A/B test creative variations and continuously improve results
- Translate campaign briefs and performance insights into compelling visual solutions.
- Ensure all digital assets are optimized for web and mobile, meeting technical requirements for each platform
- Support the development of a consistent visual identity across all channels
- Stay up-to-date on trends in digital design, performance marketing, and email best practices
