Product Development
- Write marketing briefs for new product launches, including brand and product positioning for in-house content and marketing.
- Recommend retail pricing and positioning aligned with brand positioning and market data; analyze margins vs. COGS and provide go/no-go recommendations.
- Conduct market research to fuel the NPD pipeline and align closely with R&D.
- Coordinate with Scientific, R&D, Regulatory, and Operations teams to ensure compliant and successful product launches.
- Create and update the PIM (Product Information Management system).
- Validate key documents and print proofs.
- Develop and monitor launch assets, including:
- Marketing & Sales tools: product labels, messaging, and training materials.
- Website updates and content integration.
- Operational enablers for launches in coordination with the operations team.
- Track and analyze key KPIs of the product portfolio and sell-out results.
- Consistently monitor full portfolio performance and provide actionable insights.
- Gather and interpret qualitative and quantitative feedback from markets and consumers.
- Continuously analyze competitors and market trends, proposing innovations and optimization opportunities backed by data.
- Develop innovative products and concepts while renovating key product pillars.
- Collect, compare, and synthesize international market and consumer data to generate actionable insights.
- Partner with international teams to support launches and ensure follow-up
