Your mission
We’re looking for a hands-on Italian speaking E-Commerce Manager to own and optimize our Shopify stores across two European markets. You’ll manage catalog and campaign changes, lead UX improvements, and drive conversion rate optimization.
- Manage and optimize our Shopify stores for daily operations and performance.
- Own UX optimizations, including analytics, strategy and A/B testing planning and execution.
- Track and improve key metrics (traffic, CVR, AOV) through data-driven decisions.
- Understand the impact of campaign/catalog changes on key metrics and user behavior.
- Build clear reporting and update knowledge-sharing systems to keep insights accessible and actionable.
- Maintain product listings, collections and pricing.
- Implement promotions and product launches.
- Integrate and manage new tools, apps, and plugins to enhance store performance with the support of the internal development team.
- Collaborate with CRM, Operations, Marketing, IT & Development and Customer Service on shared topics.
- Own SEO and ensure content is optimized and consistent.
- Stay ahead of E-Commerce/D2C updates, news and tools.
