Your mission
We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven marketer to lead our Performance Marketing team of 6 across Paid Social, Paid Search, and Content. You’ll own our growth strategy, oversee daily execution, and ensure that our campaigns perform, scale, and tell our brand story across markets. You’ll work closely with the Head of E-Commerce & Performance to shape our roadmap and deliver measurable business impact.
- Lead and support a cross-functional team of six specialists in Paid Social, Paid Search, and Content.
- Own and scale our paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Audit and optimize existing setups, spotting new growth opportunities.
- Build efficient workflows for campaign setup, reporting, and creative briefings.
- Build clear reporting and knowledge-sharing systems to keep insights accessible and actionable.
- Ensure campaigns run smoothly across all platforms, with consistent setup, tracking, and delivery.
- Be the team’s main point of contact, prioritizing daily focus while aligning with company goals.
- Turn campaign results into clear, actionable insights that drive performance mprovements.
- Collaborate on budget management to help balance growth and efficient targets.
- Assist in tracking, attribution, and ensuring performance channels’ data accuracy.
- Stay ahead of platform updates and new marketing tools.
