Your mission
  • You plan, create, and optimize email and WhatsApp campaigns across the entire customer lifecycle (e.g., newsletters, automations, and lifecycle flows).

  • You continuously develop and refine our CRM strategy with a strong focus on retention, activation, and customer loyalty.

  • You analyze campaign performance using key KPIs (e.g., open rate, CTR, conversion rate, CLV) and derive data-driven insights and optimization opportunities for future campaigns.

  • You design and manage A/B tests to continuously improve our CRM initiatives.

  • You actively contribute to improving the customer experience in a fast-growing, dynamic company.

Your profile
  • You hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • You have several years of experience in CRM, email, or lifecycle marketing, ideally within an e-commerce or DTC environment.

  • You have a strong analytical mindset and are comfortable working with data to drive decisions.

  • You have experience analyzing and optimizing CRM campaigns based on key performance metrics (e.g., open rate, CTR, conversion rate, CLV).

  • Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools, as well as A/B testing and segmentation, is a plus.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du planst, erstellst und optimierst E-Mail- und WhatsApp-Kampagnen entlang des gesamten Customer Lifecycles (z. B. Newsletter, Automations und Lifecycle-Strecken)

  • Du entwickelst unsere CRM-Strategie mit Fokus auf Retention, Activation und Customer Loyalty kontinuierlich weiter

  • Du analysierst die Performance unserer Kampagnen anhand relevanter KPIs (z. B. Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, CLV) und leitest datenbasierte Optimierungsmaßnahmen und Learnings für zukünftige Kampagnen ab
