Your mission
- You act as the main point of contact for our external fulfillment partners in the US operational area.
- Active B2B supplier management with key accounts and partners such as our external warehouse and Amazon FBA.
- Planning and coordinating deliveries to our fulfillment partner and Amazon from our warehouse in Pennsylvania and from Europe.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of fulfillment partners to ensure SLAs are met.
- Order management, order tracking, and inventory management.
- Ensuring smooth processes along the entire supply chain.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics and fulfillment operations.
- Close collaboration with our fulfillment service providers, manufacturers, and other departments such as Customer Care and Marketing.
- Supply Chain Management (SCM) document management (delivery notes, invoices, order confirmations, labels, product information, certificates, etc.).
- Identify and resolve any operational issues to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Opportunity to take on your own projects, especially in our internationalization efforts.
